Planning, organising, staffing, directing, controlling: process, types of plans, formal vs informal organisation, delegation and decentralisation, recruitment and training, motivation (including Maslow), leadership, communication, relationship between planning and controlling.
Part B — Business Finance and Marketing (30 marks)
